We have year round travel teams beginning at the end on August until July for both girls and boys in the 12U, 14U, 16U, 18U age-groups. We also have 10U travel teams in the spring & summer months. Tryouts are required and selection is competitive. Our travel team members are expected to be playing year-round and committed to attending all our practices. Teams will participate in local games and tournaments. The top players will participate in National level tournaments across the USA as well as trips abroad. Selections for these rosters are competitive and not all travel team athletes make all rosters.  

Practices Per Weeks: 4-6 (depending on the season)

Length of Practice:  1.5 - 2 hours

Season Offered:  Year-round

Attendance Requirements & Playing Time: 75% minimum expected. All players are expected to attend as much practice as possible. Not attending at least 75% of practices can result in not getting playing time or not being invited to a particular game or tournament. Playing time is not distributed equally whether it is in a developmental scrimmage, game or tournament. Distribution of playing time shall be at the discretion of the coach. More information about playing time is in our code of conduct.

12U TRAVEL TEAM TRYOUTS (For experienced players born Aug 2, 2013 – Aug 1, 2015)

We will have two x 12U Boys travel teams and one 12U Girls travel teams.  For those wanting to try out for one of our 12U travel teams, please fill out the form below. Tryouts will be the August 26-28 and will be invite only. If you make the travel team, you will follow our 12U practice schedule. We expect those part of our travel teams to make a commitment to the team for the full year. This also means making water polo a priority. At a minimum, we expect players to make 3 out of the 4 practices per week.  Attending all 4 practices per week is ideal and we are really happy that over the years, our 12U travel teams has had really high attendance.  This has translated into real success for the club.

10U TRAVEL TEAM (For players born Aug 2, 2015 – 2016)

Our 10U travel teams will start up in January 2026 and we pull players from our house league. So anyone interested in trying to make one of our 10U travel teams, should be playing house league in this fall. Depending on the interest and level of players, we will have 2 x 10U Boys teams and 1 x 10U Girls team. The 10U travel team will have a few local games & tournaments leading into the spring and then we take a the team to San Diego the first weekend of May & Junior Olympics mid-July which will be in Southern CA.
